While on vacation at Disneyland in Anaheim, take a break from the rides and other Disney attractions to enjoy a meal at one of the many Downtown Disney restaurants . You and your family will find that the restaurants in Downtown Disney offer a wide variety of international cuisines as well as good-old American favorites. If you are lucky, you might get to share a meal and a few hugs with one of your favorite Disney characters.

  1. “The Rainforest Cafe.” One of the most exotic restaurant experiences in Downtown Disney can be found at the Rainforest Cafe.” You and your family can dine under the stars in the rainforest while listening to the sounds of wild animals and tropical rain storms. The “Rainforest Cafe” serves salads, pizza, pastas, seafood, burgers, beverages, and kid-friendly foods and desserts. Prices range from approximately $15.00 to $40.00 per person. Once you've finished your meal, you can shop for a souvenir at the “Rainforest Cafe” retail village.
  2. " La Brea Bakery Cafe." If you love the aroma of fresh home made bread, the “La Brea Bakery Cafe” is the place for you. They serve a variety of signature sandwiches, sliders, grilled paninis on their world-famous fresh baked breads. Enjoy a large salad along with soup served in a home-baked sourdough bread bowl or try one of their flat bread style pizzas. You and your family can be seated at the counter or a table indoors or outdoors for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Meals range from $15.00 to $36.00 per person.
  3. The “House of Blues.” Famous for it's live music that features reggae, Latin, blues, hip-hop, and good old-fashioned rock and roll, the “House of Blues” is a great place to enjoy a meal and a show while in Downtown Disney. Feast on a variety of foods including Mississippi sliders, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, Creole seafood Jambalaya, grilled ribeye and Cajun meatloaf. Finish off your meal with a slice of refreshing key lime pie or an delicious piece of white chocolate banana bread pudding. Meal prices start at $15.00 and go up to $36.00.  
  4. “ESPN Zone.” The “ESPN Zone”-located in Downtown Disneyland- provides you and your family with an entertaining dining experience. You can watch your favorite sports event on one of the 175 TV screens or you can visit the “Sports Arena Arcade” and try your luck at a variety of interactive sports games and video games. Meals range in prices from $15.00 to $35.99 per person. The “ESPN Zone” serves vegetarian meals, healthy selections and American cuisine for lunch and dinner. The menu includes family favorites like ribs, steak, chicken, burgers and seafood. Kids will enjoy feasting on macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets and mini cheeseburgers. Visit the “ESPN Zone Studio Store” to purchase a souvenir that represents your favorite sports team.
