EPCot Restaurants
EPCOT restaurants are some of the most diverse within Orlando's Walt Disney World resort. By embracing their particular theme or nationality, EPCOT restaurants offer visitors are variety of selections on their vacations. To keep track, here is a breakdown of the EPCOT sit-down restaurants.
- Coral Reef Restaurant -- Diners in this EPCOT restaurant, located at The Seas With Nemo & Friends Pavilion, are surrounded by views of a Carribean Coral Reef. Serving lunch and dinner, the menu offers selections such as grilled mahi mahi, lobster ravioli and seared Scottish Trout. For landlubbers, chicken and beef dishes are available.
- The Garden Grill Restaurant -- Within The Land Pavilion, this is the only restaurant within Future World which offers Disney's pattented character meals. The all-you-can-eat, family-style meal includes a Farmer's Salad, with vegetables harvested from crops growing within The Land, roasted turkey, fish of the day, and fresh fruit crisp with homemade whipped cream. Chip n' Dale greet each table for autographs and pictures.
- Akershus Royal Banquet Hall -- The Norway Pavilion's Akershus is home to EPCOT's Princess Storybook Dining experience. Designed with a medieval castle-like atmosphere, the restaurant serves an American-style breakfast and a lunch and dinner featuring tastes of the country like Norwegian Kjottkake: meatballs and mashed potatoes with Lingonberry sauce. Disney's princesses perform meet and greets at every table.
- Le Cellier Steakhouse -- Within the Canada Paviliion stands a steakhouse modeled after the wine cellers of the country's premier chateau-style hotels. Among the entries are Filet Mignon, Pacific King Salmon, Pork Tenderloin and the restaurant's signature Cheddar Cheese Soup.
- Les Chefs de France -- This elegant yet casual brasserie under the Eiffel Tower replica of the France Pavilion offers lunch and dinner offerings such as roasted duck with cherries or broiled salmon with green lentils and smoked bacon. There are also a variety of French wines which can be selected to compliment diners' meals. For the children, an animatronic Remy from Pixar's "Ratatouille!" visits each table to chat and pose for pictures.
- Nine Dragons Restaurant -- Open for lunch and dinner, this large restaurant within the China Pavilion combines cuisines from five regions of the country. In addition to well-known fare such as egg rolls and General Tso's chicken, Nine Dragons offers up such entrees as Canton Pepper Beef and Five-Spiced Whitefish.
- Restaurant Marrakesh -- North African cuisine and belly dancing are the features of this restaurant within the Morocco Pavilion. The speciality of this EPCOT restaurant is the Royal Feast, which includes Harira soup, lemon chicken, roast lamb and assorted pastries.
- Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room -- If you have a hankering for fish & chips with a pint of Black & Tan, this restaurant, located in the United Kingdom Pavilion, should be a scheduled stop. Other British favorites such as Bangers and Mash and Shepherd's Pie are also featured. The Rose & Crown is a prime viewing location for the nightly Illuminations show.
- San Angel Inn -- Recently remodeled, this EPCOT restaurant within the Mexico Paviliion allows diners to induldge in authentic cuisine at the base of a Mayan temple. Entrees include Tortilla Soup, Mole Poblano and Flan. Visitors can order a true Mexican dinner which includes the aforementioned soup, dessert and a main course of Falda: grilled skirt steak with corn kernels and black beans.
- Tappan Edo -- Within the Japan Pavilion, this restaurant allows patrons to combine meat, seafood and vegetables into a traditional stir-fry. And it's all done at the diners' table. For those who don't like to watch their food made, Tappan Edo also offers sushi and other authentic Japanese dishes.
- Via Napoli -- The newest addition to the World Showcase. Located in the Italian Pavilion, the restaurant serves up the pastas and wood-fired pizzas of southern Italy. Among the choices are chicken parmigiana, spinach lasagna and a variety of pizza selections.
