Fable 2 Achievements

Go behind the game with these “Fable 2” achievements. This RPG was developed by Lionhead Studios for the Xbox 360 and was released October 2008. The game is the squeal to Fable and is set 500 years after the events in the original. A new feature in “Fable 2” is online co-op, and many of the achievements can be unlocked by watching another player complete the task.

The “Fable 2” achievements are a large part of the game. There are 50 achievements that are worth a total of a 1,000 points of the game-score. Each achievement requires different skills and will earn the player different points.

There are sixteen “Fable 2” achievements that are worth five points. These achievements are fairly simple. The lower lever achievements include: The Pooch Pamperer, The Archaeologist, The Dog Trainer, The Persuader, The Show-off, The Hunter, The Chicken Kicker, The Cliff Diver, The Hero of Many Names, The Teaser, The Rogue, The Illustrated Hero, The Swinger, The Menace To Society, The Goth and The Muse. Many of these achievements are basic tasks needed to play the game.

There are nineteen “Fable 2” achievements that are worth ten points. These task are a little more complicated that the achievements worth five points. The ten point Fable 2 achievements are: The Romantic, The Spouse, The Parent, The Workhorse, The Property Magnate, The Executioner, The Gambler, The Bigamist, The Pied Piper, The Party Animal, The Black Knight, The Duellist, The Sharpshooter, The Archmage, The Artisan, The Dollcatcher, The Companions, The Double Threat and The Philanthropist. Remember that in order to complete many of these achievements, you do not have to complete the task. You can simply view another player do so in co-op play.

There are only two “Fable 2” achievements that are worth fifteen points. These achievements include: The Paragon and The Extremist. The Paragon is a fairly simple achievement. It requires a hero to reach 100% good or evil, or see another another player do so. Similar to the other achievement, The Extremist requires a hero to reach 100% purity or corruption, or see another player do so.

There are six “Fable 2” achievements that are worth 25 points. These achievements include: The Gargoyle, The Hoarder, The Whippersnapper, The Sacrifice, The Family and The Egomaniac. There are many different achievements in this point category and they are much more involved than earlier achievements. The most extensive achievement in the game is The Gargoyle. To gain this achievement you will need to locate all fifty gargoyle statues and destroy them. The statues are hidden throughout the Albion and some require a specific weapon to destroy them.

There are three “Fable 2” achievements that are worth fifty points. These achievements include: The Celebrity, The New Hero and The Completionist. To complete The Celebrity achievement, all you need to do is earn 50,000 renown points or see another hero do this. The Completionist achievement is the most difficult achievement that is worth 50 points. The New Hero achievement is earned by killing Thag, the earliest boss in the game. You need to obtain every expression and pet trick in the game, while maxing out all abilities.

There are four “Fable 2” achievements that are worth 100 points. These achievements include: The Hero of Strength, The Hero of Will, The Hero of Skill and The Ruler of Albion. The first three of these achievements involves completing a quest by the same name. To receive The Ruler of Albion achievement, you must attain 2.5 million golds worth of real estate.
