- What is your occupation? If you get pass the last two steps, move along to find out about what she does. If it is exciting and interesting she may go deep into her profession. Generally ask how long she has been on the job and if it is something she will continue to do in the near future. Not only can she talk about her own, but you can do too as you both can exchange your likes and dislikes about the jobs.
