- First, add all of the dry ingredients (flour, salt, yeast) to a large mixing bowl. Then whisk all of this about so that it forms evenly.
- Stir in the olive oil. Pour in water, a little bit at a time, and stir around with the whisk until the consistency is right. It should be fairly tough, but stretchable. Use the mixer to evenly mix all of the ingredients together to make a dough.
- Once the consistency is even, remove the dough from the bowl, add it to a flower dusted cutting board, and knead it with your hands for a few minutes.
- Then, set it in the bowl, cover the bowl with a cloth, and wait for one hour.
- Remove the dough again from the bowl, and knead it after the hour is up and it has risen some. Then, set it back in the bowl, cover it with the cloth, and again wait for it to rise.
- Now the dough should be ready for use. Simply roll it out to shape with the pin, toss it some if you want, and make a pie with the gluten free pizza dough!
Following the above gluten free pizza dough recipe is a pretty easy job even for novice cooks. When it is ready, add sauce, and extra toppings, and cook everything in the oven until a nice, homemade gluten free pizza pie is done and ready to be served to anyone who will be eating healthily.
