Good Break Up Songs
For some, seeing hair in the sink or the toilet seat left up for the umteenth time is enough to start looking for some good break up songs to dedicate on the local radio station. If your girl or guy friend is unaware of their long standing faux paux with you, they will definitely take the hint once the lyrics of these break up songs start to waft into their ears.
- "Here's A Quarter (Call Someone Who Care's)" by Travis Tritt. This song, performed by Country Singer Travis Tritt, embodies what it means to not give a hoot about what your ex thinks about your break up. The lyrics are full of self empowerment and self-awareness. Nah, it simply tells the cheater ex girlfriend to get to stepping and frankly, not to bother boring him with the why's and how's of the breakup. Though the song is a hit with most country fan's in general, the lyrics can apply to any bad breakup.
- "So What" by Pink. Pink, the often emulated never duplicated pop/rock star, came up with the lyrics to her song "So What" after going through major trials with her on/off husband/boyfriend, Carey Hart. Who knew Pink could belt a tune and cause men everywhere to run for cover.
- "Take a Bow" by Rihanna. Apparently this song can apply to any guy who tries standing outside the old ex's doorstep begging for forgiveness. The song eludes to the deaf ear all that begging will fall on should any guy decide to try his luck with plea's and quips of utter devotion, after cheating. Hmmm, better luck next time.
