Guide To Dating Mature Women

When considering dating a mature woman, there are a few things that should be thought over first.  Quite often, the term "mature woman" is applied to an "older" woman, usually over 30.  In the over-30 bracket there are things that should be considered, especially if the guy is younger.  Does she have children or an ex-husband?  Is her "biological clock ticking" and if so, are you ready for that kind of relationship?  Once you have come to the conclusion that this is definitely what you want it is time to honestly assess your value to a mature woman:

1. Are you mature enough for her?  Mature women, though some may find immaturity cute, typically want some level of moderate maturity in a man.  They expect to be able to hold a conversation that doesn't involve video games, drinking, partying, or sex.  Playing video games isn't likely to be high on their priority list, if anywhere on it at all.
2. Do you live with your parents or roommates? Most mature women are not going to give you a second though if you're living in your parents' house, not paying rent, driving a beat up car (or no car!) and not presenting yourself as a responsible adult.
3. How does your work situation look?  If your income isn't 6-figures, but your work is admirable, you still have a chance.  If your income is minimum wage, you should probably work on rearranging your priorities before considering dating a mature woman.
4. Why do you want to date a mature woman?  Mature women do not like their time wasted.  If you're looking for someone to play your "Mother," cook and clean for you, tell you what to do and when, and basically baby you, then you may appeal to some mature women who like being caregivers but you should work on adding to your sense of responsibility if you want the relationship to last.
5. Can you handle it?  If the mature woman is a professional with an education, it's in your best interest to be at least close to her level if you are going to try to start a relationship, even if just casual dating.
6. Finding a mature woman can be easy, they're all over the planet.  Being attractive and appealing to one is another story.  Make sure you have plenty to bring to the table as proof of your maturity and mental capacity to associate with her.
