The hottest female athletes in the world play a variety of sports. Some are well known names, while others are new to their sport and therefore do not have the star power of their peers. However, they are all very beautiful.

8. Francesca Piccinini Francesca Piccinini is a sexy female Italian volleyball player who won a gold medal at the 2002 World Championships in Germany. Piccinini also posed nude for a calendar that was published by an Italian magazine.
