House' Actors

"House" actors have landed this television drama three Emmy awards.  "House" is a medical drama where a controversial doctor tries to determine his patient's rare illnesses.  All of these talented "House" actors have contributed to the success of  the show.

1. The star of the show is Hugh Laurie, who plays Gregory House.  Hugh was born in Oxford, England.  He has starred in the films "Monsters vs. Aliens", "Flight of the Phoenix" "Sense and Sensibility","The Man in the Iron Mask" and "Stuart Little".  He has also directed, composed, and written articles for a newspaper. 
2. Robert Sean Leonard plays James Wilson, Greg's best friend and an onocologist.  In real life he has starred in many Broadway productions and in the films "Tape" and "Chelsea Walls".  He was born in New Jersey and began his acting career at the age of fourteen.  He is currently married and has a daughter. He is a great addition to the "House" actors.
3. Omar Epps plays Dr. Eric Foreman.  This talented  "House" actor is also known for his role in another television medical drama, "ER".  He has starred in the films "Against the Ropes", "Alfie", "Scream 2" and many others. 
4. Jessie Spencer is an Australian actor who plays one of the "House" actors that make up Greg's team of doctors.  He has starred in "Uptown Girls", "Swimming Upstream" and "Flourish".
5. Peter Jacobson plays Dr. Chris Taub.  He is best known for his role as a defense attorney on "Law and Order".  "Transformers","Good Night, and Good Luck" and "Domino" are all films he has starred in.  He is one of the newest "House" actors to join the set.
