You're in the middle of it and it's been going great, but to make it perfect you need to know how to achieve an orgasm. It's the goal in an exhausting bout of love (hopefully) and very important to relieve stress and relax. Although it may not be easy to achieve an orgasm if you're a woman, for men it's quite simple. In fact, it can be done rather quickly with stimulation of the male genitalia, namely masturbation. This guide will be for women who have a harder time reaching an orgasm; on average, it takes a woman ten minutes longer to orgasm than it does for men.

You have to take into account a few factors:

  1. Take a few moments to relax. You can't achieve an orgasm if you're stressing out, so try to remain as stress free throughout your day as possible. Calm down and don't be afraid to treat yourself every once in a while.

  2. Create the perfect environment. You have to make sure you're comfortable and at ease. If you're the type of person that likes dimming the lights then, by all means, dim the lights. Just do anything you can to create a comfortable setting.

  3. Get yourself in the mood. If you're the romantic type, have a romantic evening or conversation with your partner. If foreplay gets you in the mood, don't be afraid to have a little fun. You're not going to achieve an orgasm if you're not in the mood.

  4. Explore your body. Use the art of masturbation to your full advantage. Find out what feels good and what doesn't; explore for the sake of exploration to make sure you're not setting yourself up for failure and discouraging yourself.

  5. Make sure you're comfortable with your partner. If something in your relationship is bothering you or you're simply not feeling your partner, you won't be able to achieve an orgasm. This is the most important factor and can make a world of a difference.
