- Avoid popping your knuckles. We have all heard of this before, but it is true. Popping your knuckles pushes your joints out of their normal positions. Your finger or toes are not meant to be popped all the time. The only time you are to pop your fingers are only if you are feeling discomfort. Avoid popping your fingers and you could avoid arthritis.
- Eat lots of healthy oils. Healthy oils lubricates the joints in the body. Omega-3 oils and Olive Oils are recommended. These oils acts as an aid for inflammatory in the body also. Inflammatory disorders are one of the main troubles with Arthritis, so these oils will surely avoid arthritis. One tablespoon a day of these oils should be just enough to avoid arthritis.
- Get massages often. Massaging is not only a way to combat stress, but it is a way to help lubricate the joints by increasing blood flow. Apply steady pressure to the joints, even when they are not painful, is recommended. Your body would get used to delivering blood supply and fluids to those areas of the body to avoid arthritis.
- Exercise regularly. Exercising has many benefits and one of them is preventing arthritis. Exercises also increase blood flow throughout the whole body and skeletal system. At least thirty minutes of daily exercise is recommended to reap the full benefits exercise has to offer.
- Eat healthy. Eating things such as broccoli or any fruits and vegetables that are high in calcium and vitamin C. Broccoli is ideal, because it has a good source of calcium and Vitamin C. Calcium helps keep the skeletal system strong and protects the joints.
