How To Be Naked Comfortably

Learning how to be naked comfortably can do some much for your self-esteem and for your personal love life. Being naked is the most vulnerable a person can be physically, even through some of the mental aspects of being naked—you are totally exposing yourself truly to someone else. Being naked comfortably starts with learning how to be naked, period. Practice makes perfect!

  1. Start feeling comfortable being naked by being naked. Yes, that's right. When you are home alone, lock the doors, shut the blinds and walk around your home naked. It's a simple freeing act. Most people just don't feel comfortable naked because people are used to wearing clothing more than 97 percent of their lives. By walking around naked at home, this practice should make you feel much more comfortable in your own skin.
  2. Look at yourself naked. When you are practicing walking around your home naked, try taking a look at yourself. Normally, when someone is naked at home alone, there isn't too many times they just stand in front of the mirror and look at themselves. If you feel awkward looking at your own naked body, imagine the vibes you might be giving off to your partner.
  3. Exercise for the physical and mental benefits of being naked. If you want to be comfortable naked, you should try exercise on for size. Exercise helps transform, tighten and tone the muscles and skin on your body. Physically speaking, exercising three days a week can improve your overall fitness. Mentally, exercising helps you feel better about your body and boosts self-confidence.
  4. Do things to make yourself feel confident naked. Some people not only worry about how their naked body looks, but feels. Slathering on lotion or even getting a tan might make yourself feel 100 percent better about the way your natural naked body looks.
