If you're like most men, you are clueless about how to be romantic with your girlfriend. Don't worry! You aren't the only guy that has no idea what to please his woman outside the bedroom. Romance is not about giving gifts, it is about spending quality time alone together. And since romance means something different for men than it does for women, use these ideas to learn how to be romantic with your girlfriend.
What you'll need to be romantic with your girlfriend:
- Bubble bath
- Quiet time together
- Romantic music
- Massage oil
How to be romantic with your girlfriend:
- Turn off the television. Nothing romantic ever happened in front of the television, so the first thing you need to do is turn it off and KEEP IT OFF! Put away all cell phones for the night, and don't go near the computer. In other words, get rid of any distractions. If you have children, put them to bed for the night or send them to the sitter. Be romantic with your girlfriend by focusing all your attention on her.
- Set the scene. Put her in a romantic mood by setting a romantic scene. This can be done by softening the lights with a light dimmer, or turning them off completely and using several scented candles to illuminate the room with a soft glow. Put on a romantic CD on a low volume level, and if you have a fireplace, start a fire too. When all of these elements are put together, it will set a very romantic scene.
- Pamper her. By concentrating your full attention on your girlfriend, you will put her in the mood for love. Not only should you get rid of all distractions, but you should pamper her too. Do this by running her a hot bubble bath, followed by a sexy candlelight massage. Don't rush sex or concentrate solely on her breasts during the massage, as she will know you are only massaging her to get sex. Don't worry, the intimate massage WILL lead to sex in time. Let her set the pace so she doesn't feel the pampering is rushed.
Now that you know how to be romantic with your girlfriend, make plans to surprise her this weekend. And you WILL need to make plans! Don't wait till the last minute to put everything together. When she sees you've worked to put a romantic night together, that in itself is a turn on.
