  1. Build up your body. You should ensure that your body can handle the strains of lifting heavy objects if you want to become a professional strongman. To become a professional strongman you must be well built. Eat a lot of carbohydrates and proteins to bulk up your body. Use mass gaining supplements to increase your weight. Go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and take creatine supplements to help your body convert the proteins into muscle faster.
  2. Train as a Power lifter. To become a professional strongman you need to train your body to lift heavy weights under strenuous conditions. After you begin going to the gym, the next level for you to become a professional strongman is power lifting, which involves various elements of weight lifting.
  3. Train as a strongman. Join a strongman group and start training there. Training groups will usually have fitness specialists and experienced athletes who can assist and guide you thus improve your chances to become a professional strongman. A professional strongman must be good enough to compete around the world and after training as a strongman you can enroll for professional competitions which will get you to become a professional strongman.
