- Pencil
- Calculator
- Paper
- Begin by counting the classes you took for the semester to help you calculate Gpa. Write down each grade that you have made for each class. Remember that the grading scale is four points for A, three points for a B, two points for a C and one point for a D. If you fail the class, you will get a zero.
- Add up all your points to help you learn how to calculate your Gpa. Tabulate your total points points for all the classes you took in that semester. Divide your points by the number of classes you took. Perform the calculations correctly and you will find out that your grade point average is a 2.00. The calculated Gpa is based on one semester hour.
