- Change your name on Facebook. When you click “Change,” a new field opens up right under it. With these options, you change pretty much anything you want about your name: Change your current name, add a middle name, add a nickname, and even display your full name with your last name first. Make any other changes to your name you want, and type in your new name in the appropriate boxes, and press the “Change Name” button.
