How To Chat With Single Women

Not sure how to chat with single women? Most men will admit that the idea of approaching and chatting with a single woman can be a little bit intimidating. Does she think I'm attractive? Will she laugh at my jokes? When should I ask for her number? It doesn't have to be that hard though. Just take a deep breath, relax, and follow these few simple steps to make sure that you make a great first impression. 

1. Be honest. You don't have to tell her that you wet the bed until you were ten years old, but never lie about the important stuff, like your job or current relationship status. If you continue seeing a woman, the lies from you first conversation will come out eventually. 
2. Be confident. She's a smart, attractive, funny women, so it's natural to be nervous when you're chatting with her, but women don't want a man that's intimidated by them. Ask her questions, talk about your own interests and remember that she's probably a little nervous too. 
3. Be a gentleman. Women appreciate and notice small gestures. Offer to refresh her drink, hold the door open for her and help her put on her coat. These small acts, sprinkled throughout your chat, will help to set you apart.
4. Don't take yourself too seriously. Women love it when men can make them laugh, so don't be afraid to tell a woman you're chatting with about one of your slightly embarrassing moments. Perhaps you recently went on your first ski trip and accidently ended up on a black diamond slope? Tell her about it. Not only will you show her that you can laugh at yourself, but she'll also feel like you're letting her in on a secret.
