- 1 cup of elbow macaroni

- ¼ cup of flour
- Preheat a bowl of water to about 350°F (175°C). Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Use this water to cook the macaroni for a few minutes. After the macaroni is tender and half cooked, drain the water and place the macaroni in a bowl.
- Melt butter on a saucepan for a few minutes and add floor. Stir the butter and flour briskly for about three minutes until you make a paste. Add the milk gradually and continue stirring.
