Many people don't know how to cope with living in a sexless marriage. They cheat, leave, or give up all together. However, before such drastic measures are taken, there are some steps that can be used to cope with living in a sexless marriage that will help get you through it.
- Identify the reason your marriage is sexless. There are so many reasons a marriage is sexless. You can cope better with living in a sexless marriage if you know the reason for it. If it is a medical reason then there isn't much that can be done to bring the sex back, but there are alternatives. If the issue is a lack of passion, or a personal issue that one if you is going through, then there are definitely ways around that. Sit down with your partner and figure out what the reasons are it will help you cope with the sexless marriage much better.
- Find a way to understand it. One of the difficulties of coping with living in a sexless marriage, is that one of you may not understand why this is happening, that is not to say you don't know why, you just may not understand all of the ins and outs of the reason. This is a good time to sit down together and talk things out. If the issue is medical, then talk about the medical problem and how it affects each of you.
