Learning how to cope with a sexless wife can be a really hard thing to do, especially when you were so used to having sex and now your wife is not into having sex anymore. The hard part now becomes how to bring sex back into your marriage or even cope with a sexless marriage. Depending on your motivation and drive to keep your marriage together, you can now learn to cope with this problem.

  1. If your not having sex then you should consider the alternative, masturbation. You probably thought this phase of your life was over when you got married, but these things happen. Sometimes women lose the desire for sex. When that happens, masturbation is a way to keep from straying.
  2. Masturbation is not always the way to keep yourself happy in a sexless marriage. There is a big possibility that you two are no longer clicking in the bedroom. Women will become distant if the bedroom has become too much of a chore for them. The best way to spice up anything is by doing something new. Try new positions, if your woman is adventuresome. If she is open to it, maybe role playing will bring a little something into it.
  3. Last but not always least, hire a therapist. If your not getting anywhere with talking to her or trying to spice things up, then there is obviously something that is keeping her from being intimate with you. Talking to a therapist may be the key to fixing your marital problems.

Coping with a sexless wife can be cured and sometimes the sex will naturally be returned to the marriage its just a matter of how you go about bringing your partner back into the bedroom.  What a man has to remember a woman's body is constantly a ball of hormones causing havoc on her, and sex might actually be the last thing on her mind.  Be patient communicate with her eventually you will be able to strike up what was lost in the bedroom. If it never comes back then your marriage might actually be headed for a rocky period.  Some men tend to stray after being rejected repeatedly. It is up to the couple to work it out.
