How To Cure Sweaty Feet
When you are sliding around in your shoes, you may want to learn how to sweaty feet. In the summer time, curing sweaty feet is oftentimes as simple as just taking off your socks. However, if you are one the people that suffer from sweaty feet no matter what the weather is like, you will want to find a cure for your sweaty feet problem. Sweaty feet can be caused by stress or may have an underlying medical condition. When in doubt contact your doctor.
To cure sweaty feet, you will need:
- OTC medications
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Basin large enough for your feet
- At home remedies. Before running out to buy expensive over the counter medications or visiting your doctor, you may want to try these easy at home methods to cure your sweaty feet. Make a vinegar bath using ½ cup white vinegar to one quart of warm water. Soak your feet for twenty to 30 minutes. Do not rinse simply pat dry. This would need to be done on a daily basis but you can experiment with shorter soaking times. If the vinegar doesn’t seem to be working or you are bothered by the smell try a salt soak. Use ½ cup salt to one quart water. Soak feet for twenty to 30 minutes.
- Over the counter medications. The OTC medications such as Drysol, Dehydral and Xerac can effectively be used in drying sweaty feet. They are available at most drug stores. Follow the dosing instructions on the package.
- Doctor. If the above methods are not working to cure your sweaty feet, you may want to contact your physician. An underlying medical issues could be causing your sweaty feet problem.
