Aerobic exercise increases the amount of oxygen to your brain and has been shown to produce neuro-protective chemicals, which may help ward off neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. If you don't feel up to a Richard Simmons workout, activities such as gardening or even playing a game can help reduce memory loss.
- Reduce stress and anxiety.
