  • An open window for your browser of choice
  • A mouse (For desktop users)
  • Touch pad (For laptop users)
  1. To delete Computer history on Internet Explorer, click on the "Tools" menu button. The "Tools" button is located near the top of the screen, on the left hand side. It appears in the same row as the "File" and "Help" buttons.
  2. Click on the "Internet Options" button. The "Internet Options" button will appear on the drop down screen. It is the lowest button in the drop down menu.
  3. Click the "Delete" button. The "Delete" button will appear in the middle of the box that appears. It will appear under the second heading on the screen, which is entitled "Browsing History."
  4. If you want to change your settings to clear your history after every time you close your browser window, click the box that appears near the "Delete" button in the "Internet Options" menu. Alternatively, after clicking on "Tools" there is a "Delete Browsing History" option in the drop down menu that allows you to clear your browsing history, clear temporary files and delete cookies, in one go.
  5. To delete computer history to hide porn on Mozilla Firefox, you will need to Click on the "Tools" menu. Then click "Options," then "Privacy," then click the "Clear" button that appears under "Privacy. Alternatively, by pressing CTRL + Shift + DEL, you will open the "Clear Data" window, where you will see options to clear your history.
