Learn how to delete a Facebook group so that you can keep your information looking the way you want it to look. By learning how to delete older groups that are no longer important to you and your life, you will be able to express yourself the way you want to.

  1. Before deleting the Facebook group, you will first need to sign into Facebook. You can do this by visiting the Website and then typing both your email and password. You even have the option of having the Website remember your email and password so that when you visit the site it automatically logs you in.
  2. The next thing you will need to do is go to your group pages if you want to delete a Facebook group. When you sign in, you will start out on the news feed page of the Facebook Website, and this is where you want to be. There should be a small list of tabs on the left side of the page. Click the groups tab to get to your Facebook group page.
  3. Click on the Facebook group that you want to delete. It does not matter how long you have been a member of the group, what the name of the group is, or anything else. Just click the name of the group to go to the group’s page.
  4. Now you can look for the leave group button in order to delete the Facebook group you want to leave. Scroll down the page and follow the left side of the wall with all the different tabs such as information, admin, members, and photos. Finally you will come to the option to either leave the group or report the group. By leaving the group, you will have successfully deleted it from your page.
