How Do I Last Longer In Bed?

Are you a man who asks yourself, "how do I last longer in bed?" If you are a young man and your ability to last long in bed is suffering, there are a lot of things that you can do about it. Here are a few of those things.

Steps

  1. Get active. The main reason men in their 20's can last long in bed is because they are so active. Your ability to last long in bed is largely dependent upon how conditioned you are. Get your heart in the best shape possible by participating in activities that raise your heart rate. Do not go crazy, develop a technique, you only need to get your heart pumping at about the same rate that it does when you are participating in sexual activity.
  2. Learn some exercises to condition your body for longer sex.  Flutter kicks: These are when you lay on your back with your hands under your buttocks and kick your feet up and down. Deep knee bends: Stand with your hands on you waist, bend your knees, as you go down, stick your arms out until they are parallel to the floor. Bend and reach exercises: Stand with your hands over your head, bend over and touch your toes, return to your starting position. Do one set of each, ten repetitions each set to begin. These exercises will improve your circulation, flexibility, coordination and lower back mobility so you can last longer in bed.
  3. Develop a technique. Sex is not just a lot of pumping up and down until you ejaculate, it is an art, a dance. Take the same rhythm that you will find during your exercises and use it during sex to last longer and please your partner. You must resist your desire to ejaculate by focusing on your performance. The longer it takes you to orgasm the more you and your partner will enjoy sex.
  4. Take an aphrodisiac. Take horny goat weed, maca root, trubulus terrestris, or yohimbe bark to add spice to your new ability to last longer in bed.

Remember to drink plenty of water; at least eight eight ounce glasses a day to help keep your circulation in top shape.
