These exercises will improve your circulation, flexibility, coordination and lower back mobility so you can last longer in bed.
- Develop a technique. Sex is not just a lot of pumping up and down until you ejaculate, it is an art, a dance. Take the same rhythm that you will find during your exercises and use it during sex to last longer and please your partner. You must resist your desire to ejaculate by focusing on your performance. The longer it takes you to orgasm the more you and your partner will enjoy sex.
