Although adult bodies have finished growing, they still need a healthy diet to sustain the body's cells, tissues, and organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys.
A healthy diet is imperative in reducing the chances of health-related issues that often result from eating a poor diet. Some of these health conditions include heart disease, high blood pressure, artherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), kidney disease, diabetes and obesity, which can lead to numerous diseases and disorders.
