The most popular, and easiest to use, is iTunes. Depending on what program you choose, the steps for downloading the podcast will be different. Using iTunes as an example, simply finding the podcast in the directory an adding it will accomplish the task.   3. Everything and the kitchen 'sync'. After the podcast is entered into your program, give it some time to download. It shouldn't take too long. Unless you have a dial up modem, in which case you will be offered condolences as opposed to podcasts. After a few minutes when it is finished, you can either listen to it right there or sync it to your preferred mp3 player.
