Here are some tips on how to find a compatible girlfriend and, potentially, the start of a serious relationship. Meeting a woman isn’t hard to do, but meeting a compatible girlfriend can be difficult. Attraction and chemistry is important in a relationship, but what attracts us to a person might not be the foundation of a long term relationship. Follow these tips to make your search easier.

  1. Compatibility is important and necessary because if it is lacking, it will cause the relationship to fail. It is natural for you to want a girlfriend; however, many attempts can go wrong. Compatibility will determine whether your relationship with your girlfriend will be years of love or disaster.
  2. Pay attention to her life goals. Make sure you discuss your goals and ambitions in the early stages of a growing relationship so you are both comfortable with the direction you are heading. You should be clear about what each of you think about major issues in life such as religion, children, jobs and where you might live. Take into consideration what you both want to do in life.
  3. Is there chemistry between you and the girl you are interested in? Physical, spiritual, romance and friendship are some examples of chemistry that may spark between two people. There are different types of attraction, but if you find her extremely captivating in all areas, then you may be on your way to finding a compatible girlfriend.
  4. Will she enrich, fulfill and bring harmony into your life? Your compatible girlfriend should make you feel complete. People bring different perspectives to a relationship, but it shouldn’t cause conflict. You should feel sure and secure with the girl that you choose. Both of you should bring something valuable to the relationship and be willing to invest your time and feelings. Acceptance, support and respect are beneficial in a compatible girlfriend. Once you’ve covered the basics, you can now decide if she will be a potential long-term girlfriend.
