You need the following tools to find album artwork on iTunes:

  • Computer
  • iTunes
  • iPod/iTouch/iPhone device
  • iPod connector cable
  1. Connect your iPod/iTouch/iPhone. Make the connection between your Apple device and the computer on which your iTunes folder is located. Make sure the Internet is connected and your modem is up and running.
  2. Launch iTunes. Double click the iTunes shortcut (possibly on your desktop or quicklaunch toolbar) to load the program. Once it has finished loading, iTunes should try to make a connection between it and your connected iPod device.
  3. Click the "Advanced" menu. On the top of your iTunes program will be an menu entitled "Advanced". Underneath this banner is an entire set of options, one of which will be the one that allows you to find album artwork on iTunes.
  4. Select "Get Album Artwork". Now you will actually get album artwork on iTunes. Unfortunately, you can't be doing anything else at that moment, to include playing music!
