Want to learn how to get bigger arms? Most men would like larger biceps, and it can be done if you're willing to put in the work. There are a few methods to getting bulked up in no time.
What you need to get bigger arms:
- a high protein diet of eggs, red meat, chicken, fish, and dairy
- dumbbells or barbells
- Eat a high protein diet. In order to build muscle mass, you need to eat plenty of high quality protein. Make sure your diet is rich in red meat, chicken, fish, dairy in the form of milk, cheese, and yogurt as well as eggs.
- Work out three times per week. You should take a day off in between, so a good choice would be Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays. Make sure you work your arms regularly in order to get the bigger arms you desire.
- Do bicep curls and tricep extensions. Each day you work your arms, make sure you do five sets of twelve to fifteen reps each of both bicep curls and tricep extensions. Use dumbbells if you have them or barbells—whichever you prefer.
By eating a high protein diet and working your arms three days per week, you should be able to increase the size of your arms by one half to one inch in a month. Be disciplined with your workouts and diet—you will soon have the bigger arms that you could ever imagine!
