Smell better and kill body odor will do the ones around you a great favor.

To get rid of body odor you will need:

  • Soap
  • Deodorant
  • Talc powder
  • Cologne
  • Baking powder
  • Shower
  • Bath tub
  1. There are several avenues you can take to eliminate body odor but the shower is key. Take a warm shower and use plenty of lathery soap. No need for feminine soaps, a good old-fashion bar of soap will be fine. Get a good lather going and cover your entire body. Rinse and repeat as needed.
  2. Another great antidote is a baking powder bath. Fill up a tub with better than lukewarm water. Place a fair amount of baking powder in the tub and allow to dissolve. Once full, get into the tub and submerge yourself to the chin. Relax for as long as you can take it to allow the baking powder to do its job.
  3. Once done with either the shower or bath, apply talc powder. Talc will absorb odor and keep you fresh. Be sure to apply deodorant and or cologne to make yourself smell great. Keep this routine up and your good hygiene will eliminate odors in the future. Just remember not to douse yourself in cologne and hope it will do the job be itself. It will only nauseate those around you and the mixture of your body odor and the cologne will be toxic.
