Learn how easy it is to know how to get rid of cellulite with exercise. Cellulite is the most repelled phenomena for a majority of women. Cellulite is unsightly and is highly frowned upon when noticed on another person. It normally accumulates on the legs, stomach, arms and buttocks area because of excessive fat gain or loss over a short period. Many companies make gels and creams which promise the removal of accumulated cellulite. However, you can avoid these pricey gimmicks by actually getting rid of the cellulite through exercise.

- Take a brisk walk. Another way to get rid of cellulite is to take a daily brisk walk for at least one hour, five days per week. Walking targets burning fat in your calves and your thighs.
- Take a hiking trail. Instead of walking your normal path in your favorite park, find a trail and hike it to the top at a brisk pace. This will work not only your thighs, but also your abdominals, your arms and your back.
- Jog and enjoy the scenery. Take a jogging trip every day for at least 45 minutes each day, for five days. Take time to enjoy the scenery of an old path or a new path because this will take your concentration off the cellulite fat burn and onto the beautiful surroundings.
- Exercise your abs daily. You should also take time after each workout to exercise your abs. This will not only flatten your tummy, but will also help those unsightly cellulite markings to disappear quicker.
- Perform target exercises. These types of activities target a specific body part and concentrates on forcing the fat out of that particular area. An example of this targeting is if you want to get rid of cellulite on the buttocks area. The best target exercise would be backward leg lifts. Perform the leg lifts in five sets of ten on each leg.
