Learn some tips on how to get rid of dark circles under my eyes. Some people wake up from not getting enough sleep and get dark circles under their eyes because of it. Physical exhaustion and other factors can cause dark circles. Then there are those who naturally have dark circles under their eyes. The question becomes, how do you get rid of them? You'll get your answer to that question.
What you need to get rid of dark circles:
- Cucumber Slices
- Tea bags
- Cosmetic surgery
- Cucumber for dark circles. Cucumbers are a healthy vegetable and taste great in salads but they're also good for helping to get rid of dark circles under your eyes. If you take two sliced pieces of cucumber and let them sit on your eyes for about 20 minutes, it reduces puffiness and dark circles under your eyes. It's something we usually see women doing, but now you know why.
- Tea bags. After boiling some tea bags, let them cool. Place them under your eyes. Let the tea bags soak the herbs and caffeine into the circles under your eyes. This will reduce puffiness. If you have chamomile tea, it will take extra good care of the dark circles under your eyes. Chamomile naturally has anti-inflammatory healing power in it.
- Under eye cream. You may not feel comfortable doing this, but you could try some of the under eye creams women use. It doesn't feel very masculine and you'll have to deal with that. It is a way to get rid of under eye dark circles though.
- Cosmetic surgery. A last and very desperate resort is cosmetic surgery. There is surgery available to remove the dark circled skin under your eyes and replace it with other skin. It's a good idea to try the other ideas first.
It's true no one wants dark circles under their eyes. Both women and men don't like the tired, older look having dark circles under your eyes gives. More than likely, something above will work. Women also use concealer to hide dark circles. Again, since even the thought of a male using even concealer is looked at as weird, you'll have to decide what works best for you.
