How To Get Rid Of Man Breasts

Not knowing how to get rid of man breasts can be depressing. Man boobs are an accumulation of fat over the pectoral muscles of men. If you have a feminine looking chest and want to do something about it, you can. To successfully get rid of man breasts you will need. 

  1. The first and most important thing to do to get rid of man boobs is cardiovascular training. Cardio (biking, cross-country skiing, treadmill, and running) will burn the excess fat (energy) that has been stored around your chest muscles. Cardio training also boosts the metabolism for hours after you do it, so splitting your training into sessions a day will get better results. This is not a quick fix, it is a lifestyle change. Do man breast burning cardio at least three or four days a week for twenty to thirty minutes. Alternate your output, go hard for thirty seconds and slow down for one minute. A good rule of thumb is, if you are not able to complete a sentence while doing your cardio you are going too hard, if you can carry on a conversation with ease, you are taking it too easy. For those rainy days or for privacy, do your cardio on a treadmill at home.
  2. It is very important to eat healthy in order to get rid of man breasts. Eat foods that will help burn man boob fat. Switch to low-fat dairy and whole grains like brown and wild rice. Eat green leafy vegetables like spinach and lettuce; also eat tomatoes and carrots. Eat healthy fats like nuts, fish and olive oil. Stay away from sweets like candy; eat fruit instead, and also watch your sodium intake. Eating five to six smaller meals of protein and complex carbohydrates everyday will also boost your metabolism and help your man breasts shrink faster.
  3. Strength training is a great way to tone the muscles around the chest in order to help burn breast fat. Train your chest muscles twice weekly by doing incline pushups, doing four sets of eight to ten repetitions. If you prefer to lift weights, do incline and decline bench presses with dumbbells or a barbell and do the same amount of sets and repetitions. If it is hard for you to complete your last set, you are using enough weight; if not, add more weight until your last set is difficult.

Warning:

Beware of putting on a lot of muscle mass faster than you can burn the fat off as this will make your man breasts stick out more. Remember, when burning fat you will lose fat all over your body, not in spots, so you will have to be patient with your boob loss.
