How To Get Rid Of Odor
If you have terrible body smell, you should know how to get rid of odor. Your smelly body can affect your surroundings negatively if you don't take care of it immediately. Let's get rid of your odor with these three steps.
To get rid of odor, you will need:
- Deodorant body wash
- Body sponge
- Deodorant
- Baby wipes
- Vitamins and Supplements (high-potent B Vitamin, PADA, Chlorophyll, Zinc, Magnesium)
- Take showers. The first step is to always take showers with a deodorant body wash. Take multiple showers if necessary. Make sure to take a shower after getting out of bed in the morning to eliminate body sweat, dead skin, excretions from eyes, ears, and nose, etc. If you go to the gym during the day, wash your body after that as well. It may feel troublesome, but it will be worth it to have a fresh body. Don't forget to take a shower before hitting the sack. Whenever you feel like taking a shower and you have a chance to do so, go ahead.
- Use deodorant and baby wipes. The second step is to have deodorant and some baby wipes handy. Let's say you have to travel from office to office for your job. Regardless of the weather, your job situation can get you sweaty and smelly very easily. Due to your tight schedule, it is impossible for you to take a shower. Nevertheless, you can remove your body sweat by using baby wipes. Applying deodorant afterwards is always recommended. Feel free to use these items over and over if they are convenient and effective.
- Take vitamins and supplements. The last step is to consider vitamins and supplements. Taking 50 mg of high-potency B vitamin, 100 mg of PABA, and 100 mg of B6 can reduce your body odor. Besides taking vitamins, try these supplements as well: Chlorophyll tablets (or liquid), 200-500 mg of Magnesium and 30-50 mg of Zinc. For best results, take them daily with a meal.
Your smelly body will no longer be a problem with the help of the steps. Regardless of how busy you are, your personal hygiene should be a priority. At the end of the day, you will feel awesome with an odor-free body!
