Depending on where you go you should find some what of an assortment of weights, Just test the weights out a little and get the weights that feel the most comfortable when you pick them up.   4. Check out the selection of wrist weights  Wrist weights are awesome too. The should be available at the same place as hand weights but they're a little more adjustable in size.
  5. For those who don't like weights, resistance bands will help you to get toned arms too. Resistance bands are inexpensive and light weight.

 

All three pieces of equipment give you the same effect. Just make sure you you what ever equipment you try at least four times a week for about 15 minutes and you will start to get toned arms. Unlike when you want to bulk up your arms, you aren't going to push your arms until they feel like they're going to fall off. You are just going to use the weights until just before you feel the training. That will get you some toned arms.
