Learn how to give a calf and foot massage by following these simple steps. Not only will you earn some major brownie points with your woman, but you may also get the favor returned as well. There is nothing like a good calf and foot massage to soothe away the stress and anguish from the day. By massaging the calf and foot, you can alleviate the muscle tightness and tenseness up the entire leg.

To give a calf and foot massage, you will need:

  • A comfortable seat for both you and her
  • A towel
  • Massage oils or lotion
  • Dim lighting
  • Wine
  1. Get comfortable. To properly give a complete calf and foot massage, it may take a while. If you rush, the massage will be pointless. Make her nice and comfy and prop her feet up on an ottoman or stool. Dim the lights for a more visually pleasing atmosphere and turn on some soft music for ambiance. Get her a glass of wine or other drink of her choice.
  2. The supplies. Use a nice massage oil or lotion to soothe her tired legs and feet. The massage oil will give a sensual feeling as your hands glide over her body. Have a towel nearby to wipe up any spills or accidents.
  3. The massage. Starting at the calves and work your way down. First, warm the massage oil in the microwave or by rubbing your hands together. Begin right below the knee and rub in circular motions. Increase pressure the longer you massage the area. Ask her to let your know if she would like more or less pressure applied to the area. Work your way down the calf to the ankle, then the foot. Be careful of the amount of pressure applied to the top of the foot. It is a boney area that can be tender to the touch. Don’t forget the toes and the ball of the foot. These areas are often crammed into the toes of high heel shoes and can use a little attention.
