You'll never have to worry about seducing women again after you've learned how to give massages. Whether you're trying to take a new relationship to the next level or you want to spice up an old one, you'll find these techniques useful.

Things you'll need to give a massage:

  • A comfortable environment
  • Relaxing music
  • Massage cream (optional)
  1. Create a comfortable environment. You can create a "massage parlor" vibe by placing pillows, lowering the lights, and burning some scented candles. If that's not your style, at least try and minimize noises and distractions, and play some relaxing nature sounds (Pandora is great for this).
  2. Make the woman comfortable. If you want to know how to give a massage, you'll first need to learn what your woman's comfort zone is. Some women are perfectly comfortable stripping down and lying on a bed, while others will prefer to sit in a chair fully clothed.
  3. Use some basic techniques. You can give a woman a basic massage by running your hands slowly up her back, across her shoulders, and back down again. Then, give attention to specific areas by gently applying pressure with a rubbing or squeezing motion.
  4. To oil or not to oil.  Many beginners wondering how to give massages question whether or not to use massage oil. Massage oil can make a mess when you give a massage, but it's not always easy to give a dry massage on bare skin. A better option is massage cream or lotion, which tends to be absorbed by the skin.
  5. Ask her to give feedback. You'll never know how you're helping (or if you're hurting) her when you give a massage unless she gives you feedback. This can range from grunts of satisfaction to instructions to gentle reminders if you are pressing too hard.
  6. Experiment. All women are different when it comes to massage. If you want to know how to give a woman a great massage, you'll need to try out different techniques. Does she like it hard or soft? Fast or slow? You won't know unless you try.
  7. Take a class. If you want to learn more about how to give a massage, check out a local massage class. You can take the class by yourself, or with a partner.
