- You will first need a very good quality massage oil. The oil can be heated to add to the therapeutic effects of the massage. The heat of the oil will relax the muscles getting them ready for the kneading which will come afterwards. The oil should be rubbed on gently at first, while the individual is lying on their stomach.
- Begin the massage. As stated above, the rubbing should begin gentle. With simple strokes, caress the back, increasing the pressure. Starting from the neck increase the presser and knead into the shoulder muscle.
- Move to the lower body. As the pressure is increased, knead into the muscle of the lower back. Using your elbows, you can continue strong pressure onto the upper back as well.
- Massaging the buttocks and the legs is the next step. There doesn't need to be as much pressure imposed upon the buttocks. As you gently knead this muscle, move down kneading gently upon the thighs as well.
- Finish with the lower legs and ankles. As you massage the calves, use a twisting motion. This will further relax the leg muscles and rub in the oil. After caressing the calves, dig your fingers gently around the bones of the ankles.
You can repeat this whole process. Starting from the ankles, move back up the body repeating the massage. Naked body massages are very relaxing and can be fun too.
