How To Have A Better Sex Life
Everyone could use a few tips on how to have a better sex life. Even if your sex life is already fantastic, you could probably make some improvements here or there. This is especially the case if you don't have much experience.
- Get in shape. It's true; the fitter you are, the more you'll enjoy sex. If you're in really good shape, you'll have more energy and last longer in bed. You'll also look a lot hotter. You don't need to swell up like Mr. Universe, just spend at least twenty minutes per day doing cardiovascular exercise and you won't be huffing and puffing in bed.
- Chill out. Stress can totally wreck your sex life. If you let things get bad enough, you may even not be able to get hard. You can't have a better sex life if you can't stop thinking about your job long enough to get off. Face it, you aren't going to be solving any of your financial or career woes while you're in bad anyway so you may as well let go of your troubles and enjoy yourself.
- Try new things. You know what your mother always told you about your food, that you'll never know if you like something until you try it? Well, this applies to your sex life as well. Who knows, you may discover that you are an exhibitionist or you like to get tied up. Maybe you'll find something you didn't know your girlfriend was into. Either way, experimenting can lead to a better sex life.
