- Masturbate earlier in the day if you expect to have sex later on. Don't do it right before you masturbate as you may not be able to get it up again. But, if you masturbate earlier in the morning, you will be able to have longer intercourse that evening. This is probably the easiest way to prolong intercourse.
- Practice controlling your orgasm by holding your urine mid-stream when you urinate. This sounds odd but it truly helps. While you are peeing, stop mid-stream, hold it for five seconds, and finish peeing. Do this at least once per day. When you regularly do this, you will find that you can also control your orgasm and stop yourself from ejaculating, which leads to longer intercourse.
- Have intercourse regularly. This can be anywhere from four times per week to every day. Of course, this assumes that you have a willing partner to do so with you. The more intercourse that you have, the longer that you will last. If you have it infrequently, you will be too excited when you do have it and will orgasm too fast.
- A healthy diet and plenty of water will also lead to longer intercourse.
