Sex, any type of sex, is best when both parties are at least somewhat comfortable.
3. Only remove minimal clothing. There is no need to skin down to your birthday suit. Sex in a car is really all about timing. You have very little of it, so get in, get off, and get out. 
4. Use your imagination. Having sex in a car can be quite limiting. There is very little room. Of course, if you have an active imagination, and randy sexual partner, you can use this to your advantage. Try out different positions, twisting and turning so the two of you fit.
