- Natural foods. Nature has an army of good things that not everyone knows about. Do your research and find other options besides high-priced medications. You may be surprised at the many different health benefits found right in the produce section of your grocery store. Dark green vegetables have the most vitamins and health benefits. Blueberries, ginger and garlic are very good as well.
- Sex. One of the most beneficial ways for increasing blood circulation is sex. Being passionate once in awhile (or super frequently) benefits your mind, body and spirit. A happy man lives a long time. It’s also good for women’s health, just in case your girl objects.
