  2. Consider the costumers needs. If a costumer comes into your business needing a product or service you don't have in stock, offer to find the item and then carry it in your store from now on. Costumers will remember that you went an extra mile for them and will surly pass along the good word.
  3. Improve customer satisfaction with quality service. Customer satisfaction is key when improving your business. Offer products that are of excellent quality not cheap made products.
  4. Pay your employees well. Employees that are happy and content with pay usually stay around a lot longer than employees who are under paid. A happy employee shines through when dealing with costumers.
  5. Motivate your employees. Have a weekly or biweekly meeting and give them an incentive to stay focused on making the business the best it can be. If an employee sells the most of one product offer the employee an incentive like a day off with pay.
