  1. If you find that your testosterone levels are low, try going on a diet. Research has found that if you are more than 30 percent over the ideal body weight, then you are carrying excess fat that can raise your estrogen levels and lower your testosterone levels. If you go on a diet, don't go on a low-carb diet because those can actually lower your testosterone levels. Stick with a low fat diet instead.
  2. Try a little morning sex to boost your testosterone levels. Studies have shown that even having an erection in the morning can raise that testosterone. So grab your partner and get a little morning exercise to increase your health.
  3. Eat nuts to raise your testosterone levels. Scientists have found that men who consistently ate on diets high with monosaturated fats, like nuts, had the highest levels of testosterone than anyone else.
  4. If you like to party, try laying off the alcohol because that has been known to lower testosterone levels. You can still have a few drinks, but only about three and no more than that. Alcohol has a negative effect on the endocrine system, which makes the body stop producing testosterone.
  5. Lastly, get some sleep. Studies show that getting less than 7 hours of sleep a night screws with your testosterone levels. By following these simple rules, your testosterone levels will be soaring in no time.
