How To Keep Teeth White
Learning how to keep your teeth white will not only help with the ladies, but will give you confidence when you speak. Yellow teeth can distract and disgust others while you talk to them, making you feel uncomfortable when speaking. This makes it important to keep your teeth healthy and white.
- Brush, brush, brush. Do as your mother taught you and brush your teeth at least twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. This may seem like a common sense place to start, but you have to know the basics in order to keep your teeth beautifully white. Some dentists recommend brushing your teeth after every meal in addition to the twice a day rule.
- Floss those pearly whites! While flossing may not seem like a big deal to keep your teeth white, it really is. Flossing gets the plaque out from in between your teeth where toothbrushes can’t reach. If the plaque is left to build up, it can cause your teeth to yellow at the sides. So, for an overall beautiful white smile, add flossing to your regular routine.
- Whitening strips and gels. There are quite a few of whitening strips and gels available over-the-counter to help whiten your teeth and help keep them white. Your dentist may also be able to prescribe you whitening accessories to help whiten and keep your pearly whites shining.
Keeping your teeth white will improve your confidence and make your smile more appealing. Just remember to keep up with your goal of keeping your teeth white and don’t give up!
