  2. The punch is fluid in motion and not forced. Follow through the punch. Visualize your target as being past your opponent’s jaw. You want your motion and punch to work through the opponent. Do not stop the punch on impact or just before. Always follow through.
  3. Finally, hit with the face of your fist. Most people hit with their knuckles. Although, the knuckles can do damage such as cutting the opponent it is not the best for knocking them out. Use the entire face of your fist and fully bring the pain.

Tip: Not every punch that is landed with this will guarantee a knockout, so be ready to stand your ground or high tail it out of there.
