When you want to know if your girl is cheating, you likely already have a strong suspicion that she is. The key is not to confront her with the question right away. This can be more challenging than it sounds. You’ll want to gather the best evidence possible so you know your girl is cheating before you act on it.

1. Talk to her friends. Don’t ask your girl’s friends if she’s cheating upfront. They’re unlikely to tell the trust. Just ask how she’s been lately and mention that you’ve noticed her being distant or preoccupied. Gauge their reactions. If they know she’s cheating, they’ll avoid the conversation or suddenly get awkward.
2. Pay attention to her sex drive. If you and your girl had a healthy sex life but suddenly she’s not interested, this could be a sign that she’s cheating on you. 5. Try to establish intimacy. Make an effort to reconnect with your girl. Take her out for a nice dinner, compliment her and talk about how much your relationship means to you. Girls who are cheating will often display signs of emotional disconnection. She’ll be suddenly uncomfortable when you talk about your relationship, and things like laughter and passion will be harder to come by if she’s cheating.
