Learning how to last longer in bed is beneficial for many men. That is especially true if you are inexperienced. As sex feels great, it is easy to blow your load really fast. But, if you are doing it before your partner has a chance to orgasm, that can be disappointing and even embarrassing. There are ways to last longer in bed. It involves doing some things and avoiding doing others. For example, until you have been able to last longer for a while, avoid having your partner perform oral sex on you. That can often cause premature ejaculation.
- Masturbate more often. No really, do it! Don't masturbate within three hours of having sex though, as that can make it difficult for you to get erect. If you know that you will be having sex later in the day, masturbate in the morning after you wake up. Do it in the shower, for example. This will make you last longer in bed when you have sex later on.
- Practice stopping your urine while you are peeing. The muscle that you use to do this is the same one that controls ejaculation. While urinating, try and stop the pee halfway through peeing. It will be tough at first and really uncomfortable. Try and do it two to three times per day and see yourself last longer in bed.
- Have sex more often. The theory about this one is similar to masturbating more often. The more you get used to having sex, the longer you will last in bed.
