How To Last Longer In Bed For Men

Men have been seeking the answer to how to last longer in bed since we were sleeping in caves. Although our slumber conditions have improved since then, sadly, for many men, their sexy time problems have not. If you've found yourself in that boat, read on.

  1. Recognize that almost every man on the planet experiences this issue from time to time. Trust us, brother, you are not alone. With that being said, if you go into a sexual situation worried about not being able to last in bed, chances are, you won't. So, try to be stress free when you're gettin' on down.
  2. Keep your thoughts focused. Now, we've all heard the conventional wisdom such as, “Think about baseball,” but the fact is, the harder you try to not think about sex, the more you will think about sex. If we said, “Don't think of a pink elephant,” well, guess what? You just thought of a pink elephant. Don't try to avoid the thoughts. Embrace the fact that your body is feeling pretty damn awesome right now.
  3. Focus on your lady. This is one of the best things you can do to last longer in bed. As per the above tip, if you focus on sex and focus on pleasing your lady, you won't concentrate as hard on your own pleasure. This sounds counterintuitive, but it works. You'll be so focused on her that your next problem might be going limp. That's a whole different article.
  4. Pace yourself. Ok, so we all know the situation. You're going slow, it's too intense. You're going fast, it doesn't feel like much of anything at all. This becomes simple logic. If you're feeling like you're going to reach the point of spilling your man juice, speed up and focus on her. If you're not feeling much of anything, slow down and focus on you. Pace yourself as you complete the dirty deed and not only will you last longer in bed, but you'll have a satisfied woman on your hands.
  5. Masturbate. So, you've got a big date coming up. You've tried everything, but nothing works. Well, one of the best ways to last longer in bed is to get off before you even get in bed. Men experience something called the “refractory period” after ejaculation. This means that, after getting off, there is a time period where it is physically impossible to cum again. Masturbating before that big date means you'll be able to last longer in bed because you just won't be able to get off. Of course, remember to clean properly, as sperm can survive for quite some time on your junk.
